Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6.
  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align project deliverables with baseline schedules.
  • Conduct resource and cost loading, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and schedule performance metrics (EV, SPI, CPI).
  • Identify and analyze schedule risks and recommend corrective actions.
  • Assist with claims and extension of time (EOT) submissions where required.
  • Update and revise project schedules based on actual progress, changes, and delays.
  • Ensure compliance with company and client project control standards.
  • Participate in project planning meetings and provide scheduling expertise.
Qualifications & Experience
  • National Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Planner / Scheduler in large engineering or construction projects.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 (essential).
  • Strong knowledge of project planning principles (EPC, engineering, procurement, and construction cycles).
  • Experience in resource loading, cost control integration, and progress reporting.
  • Understanding of FIDIC, NEC, or JBCC contracts (advantageous).
  • Advanced MS Excel and MS Project skills.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
