POSITION INFO:
Pricing & Product Structuring Actuary - Life Insurance
What You'll Be Doing:
- Price innovative group and individual life insurance products
- Build and enhance robust technical pricing models
- Contribute to the design and structuring of custom insurance deals
- Ensure that solutions meet both regulatory requirements and actuarial best practices
- Partner with clients and internal teams to solve complex business problems
- A Degree in Actuarial Science or a related quantitative field
- Qualified or nearly qualified Actuary (FASSA or international equivalent)
- 3+ years' experience in the life insurance space
- Exposure to or a passion for product pricing and development
- Sharp analytical thinker who thrives on challenges
- Clear, confident communicator who can simplify complexity
- Strong commercial instincts and a client-first mindset
- Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Eager to learn, collaborate, and influence strategic outcomes
- Engage in technical pricing AND creative deal structuring
- Collaborate across teams, directly with clients and top Actuaries
