Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Instruction & Curriculum:
Prepare and deliver engaging, age-appropriate, anddevelopmentally sound lessons
and activities, focusing on literacy, numeracy, social-emotional, and physical skills.Classroom Management:
Create a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment that encourages exploration and independent learning.Child Development:
Observe, assess, and document children's progress and developmental needs, using this information to adapt teaching methods.Care & Supervision:
Provide attentive supervision and care for children, assisting with daily routines such as meals, naps, and hygiene (toileting/diapering as applicable).Communication:
Maintainstrong, professional communication
with parents/guardians regarding their child's daily activities, achievements, and any concerns.Collaboration:
Participate actively in staff meetings, professional development, and school events.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From R5500,00 per month
Experience:
Early Childhood Development: 3 years (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
