PRESCHOOL CURRICULUM MANAGER
We are looking for a passionate, organized, and dynamic

to join our team and oversee the academic quality and programme delivery across our manypreschool branches

Oversee the planning, development, and implementation of the preschool curriculum across all branches. Provide ongoing support, coaching, and training to teachers and branch heads. Monitor lesson delivery, learning outcomes, and classroom quality through regular site visits. Ensure compliance with school policies, age-appropriate standards, and educational best practices. Lead curriculum reviews, updates, assessments, and academic improvement initiatives. Assist with teacher development programmes and remedial support strategies where necessary. Collaborate with management to maintain a consistent, high-quality learning experience across the group.
Requirements
Qualification in Early Childhood Development, Foundation Phase, or related field (Diploma/Degree). Strong understanding of ECD curriculum, milestones, and classroom practice. Minimum 3-5 years experience in teaching or ECD management. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Must be able to travel frequently between branches. Valid driver's licence (essential). Confident, professional, and passionate about early learning.
