We are looking for a friendly, organised and reliable
Admin/Receptionist
to join our preschool team.
Key Responsibilities:
Front office reception duties and welcoming parents and visitors
Managing phone calls, emails and daily communication
Handling enrolment forms, learner files and general admin
Assisting with fee statements and basic financial administration
Supporting teachers and management with daily operations
Maintaining a neat, child-friendly reception area
Requirements:
Previous admin or receptionist experience (school environment beneficial)
Strong communication and people skills
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Computer literacy (emails, spreadsheets, basic systems)
Ability to multitask in a busy environment
Professional, warm and child-friendly attitude
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday (Half day)
