MAIN PURPOSEThe Pre-Sales Engineer plays a critical role in bridging the gap between customer requirements and technical solutions. This role is responsible for designing, recommending, and supporting the implementation of tailored solutions involving satellite, microwave, push-to-talk (PTT), and other related communications technologies. In addition to assisting the sales team with technical expertise, the Pre-Sales Engineer also supports post-sales activities, including fault diagnostics, maintenance, and support of deployed customer solutions.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
