Purpose of the Role
The Pre-Sales Consultant supports the sales team by providing technical expertise and solution design tailored to client needs. This role bridges the gap between technical and sales functions, ensuring proposed solutions are technically viable and aligned with the client's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Sales Support
Provide product knowledge and technical support to the sales team.
Assist in client discovery to tailor solutions.
Translate client requirements for internal technical teams.
Solution Design & Proposals
Design and document solution proposals, including architecture and cost.
Deliver technical presentations and demos.
Ensure feasibility, compliance, and scalability of all solutions.
Demonstrations & Proof of Concept
Conduct customised product demonstrations and workshops.
Adapt demo environments to specific client scenarios.
Overcome technical objections and build client confidence.
Client Relationship Building
Build strong stakeholder relationships.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Product & Industry Knowledge
Stay updated on industry trends and competitive products.
Share product updates through internal training and enablement.
Documentation & Handover
Provide complete documentation for implementation teams.
Maintain continuity during handoff to post-sales delivery.
