To drive the sales of pre-owned vehicles by delivering an exceptional customer experience, identifying customer needs, presenting suitable vehicle options, and ensuring a smooth sales process from enquiry to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and engage customers in the showroom and on digital platforms.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate pre-owned vehicles.
Conduct test drives and vehicle demonstrations.
Negotiate terms of sale and close deals in line with company policies.
Maintain detailed knowledge of inventory, including vehicle specifications, features, pricing, and history.
Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through walk-ins, referrals, and digital channels.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Assist in maintaining the display of vehicles and the showroom's professional appearance.
Stay up to date with market trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge.
Person Specification: Education and Qualifications:
Matric Certificate (minimum requirement)
Tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business (advantageous)
Valid driver's license
Experience:
2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the motor industry
Experience in selling pre-owned vehicles is highly advantageous
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

Computer literate (MS Office, CRM systems, dealership software)
