Practical Knowledge:
- Understand the full sales cycle and retail motor industry.
- Familiar with all related products, supplementary items, and brand offerings.
- Maintain a neat, professional appearance and work under pressure.
- Build customer relationships, negotiate effectively, and work independently.
- Attend to customers, handle inquiries, and arrange demonstration drives.
- Prospect new leads, follow up with customers, and achieve sales targets.
- Introduce customers to accessories and additional services.
- Ensure proper vehicle handover and meet Customer Experience targets.
- Comply with company policies and complete all documentation accurately.
- Maintain transaction records, collect payments, and keep vehicles showroom-ready.
- Attend meetings, training, and stay updated on industry trends.
- Perform ad hoc administrative or other duties as required.
- Grade 12 qualification/ equivalent.
- A tertiary qualification in Sales/ Marketing is beneficial.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years' sales experience in the motor industry.
- Proven track record with references.
- Good verbal and written professional communication skills in English and Afrikaans.
- Computer literacy skills.
- Clean criminal record.
- Valid and unendorsed SA Code 8 driver's license.
