Working onsite and reporting into an Operation Manager, you will act as a frontline ambassador for our clients, consistently meeting performance, quality, and compliance standards.
This role is suited to experienced professionals who bring strong customer service expertise, advanced complaint-handling skills, and a clear understanding of contact centre performance frameworks. Premier Agents are expected to operate with minimal supervision, support team standards, and contribute positively to operational excellence.
