Job Description

As a Premier Call Centre Agent, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality service across outsourced client accounts. Working onsite and reporting into an Operation Manager, you will act as a frontline ambassador for our clients, consistently meeting performance, quality, and compliance standards.

This role is suited to experienced professionals who bring strong customer service expertise, advanced complaint-handling skills, and a clear understanding of contact centre performance frameworks. Premier Agents are expected to operate with minimal supervision, support team standards, and contribute positively to operational excellence.

Shifts:



You will be contracted at 45 hours per week, between the hours of 9:45am- 9:00pm, Monday to Saturday.

You will receive Sunday as a contracted day off

(This is a full time, onsite, permanent role)



Salary:



This role has a basic salary of R12500.00 per month

Neighbourgood, Cape Quarter, Cape Town



Key Responsibilities



Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions across voice and/or non-voice channels Deliver a premium customer experience aligned with client SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards Resolve complex enquiries and complaints using effective de-escalation and problem-solving techniques Take full ownership of customer issues through to resolution Adhere to Quality Assurance frameworks and regulatory requirements Accurately document all customer interactions in CRM and call-handling systems Positively contribute to team engagement, performance culture, and operational stability Escalate issues appropriately and work collaboratively with all members of the Leadership Team

Experience working across multiple client campaigns Exposure to inbound and outbound operations Highly professional, resilient, and customer-focused Calm under pressure with strong emotional intelligence Accountable, reliable, and committed to onsite working Performance-driven with a continuous improvement mindset Strong written and spoken English skills, with clear, accurate grammar and the ability to communicate confidently in a client-facing environment. Experience working to strict SLAs, QA frameworks, and compliance standards Confident using CRM systems, telephony platforms, and multiple systems simultaneously
