Job Description

Well known steel manufacturer based in Maitland in need of a qualified and experienced Precision Tig Welder (Fabricator). You will be responsible for fabricating components from steel, aluminum, and other materials, using MIG and TIG welding to meet high standards. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 -3 years' experience with this environment.

Core Responsibility:



Perform welding tasks in accordance with project requirements

Read and interpret structural drawings accurately

Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure precise execution of designs

Adhere to safety standards and guidelines at all times

Maintain and operate welding equipment and tools effectively

Education:



Technical Qualification (Current welding certifications in both MIG and TIG)

Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Welder

Proficiency in reading, interpreting, and implementing structural drawings

Strong welding and boiler making skills

Attention to detail and precision in work

Proven experience as a fabricator and welder in a manufacturing or industrial setting

Experience with fabrication tools and machinery, including cutting tools and grinders

Skills:



Good communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated and results driven

Ability to multi-task

Ability to work under pressure

Accuracy and attention to detail

Deadline Driven
