Precinct Manager sought to join Real Estate Services company.
Our client is an international company that provides end-to-end soft services. They work with High-end blue-chip clients, landlords and micro-businesses. They operate within retail, commercial, industrial, and residential sectors to ensure they optimise on business opportunities. Amongst their security, catering, cleaning, and hygiene services, they assist precincts in bettering their conditions through addressing any issues that property owners or Landlords may have. This includes, liaising with the municipality and council, providing alternative facility management services, managing service providers, liaising with street vendors as well as the taxi association and other relevant associations.
The core focus of this role is to ensure that the district is operating at optimum level and is continuously making improvements to uplift standards.
As such, you will be responsible for preparing and managing district improvement budget, checking, and distributing invoices, arranging board and forum meetings, managing the marketing strategies as well as preparing and distributing notices, agendas, and minutes. Additionally, you will be tasked with ensuring all subcontractors are in accordance with SLA's, implementing the Disaster Management Act, staying up do date with social issues and regularly meeting with members.
