Minimum Requirements
National Diploma in Human Resources Management (Essential/Minimum)

Certificate in Labour Relations Development Program (Recommended/Desirable)
Relevant Bachelor's Degree (Recommended/Desirable)
3-5 years of relevant experience in General People and Performance operations, Employee Relations, Recruitment, and Selection (Essential/Minimum)
Proficiency in SAP Position Specific Module (Essential/Minimum)
Proficiency in MS Office (Essential/Minimum)
Psychometric Assessment (Essential/Minimum) (To be conducted by Exxaro)
Certificate of Fitness (Essential/Minimum) (To be conducted by Exxaro)

Duties & Responsibilities
Provide support to line management in personnel cost planning, recruitment, and selection processes.
Enhance people performance management, employee development, and ensure accurate employee documentation and data integrity.
Conduct quality checks on employee data and ensure compliance with policies, statutory laws, and regulations.
Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, addressing client requests and concerns promptly.
Support and advise line management in disciplinary processes, grievance hearings, and employment equity commitments.
Assist in the facilitation of the Employee Assistance Programme and manage medical incapacity cases according to set procedures.
Maintain compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards, promoting a safe working environment.
Support business goals by assisting with talent and learning management initiatives, including leadership development and performance management.
Collaborate with business partners to implement integrated people solutions and ensure effective recruitment support.
