Prepare accurate cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documentation.
Manage project budgets, monitor financial performance, and control costs throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct valuations, variations, and final account settlements.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure alignment on scope and budget.
Lead procurement processes and assess contractor claims and progress payments.
Provide strategic cost advice to ensure value engineering and financial efficiency.
Requirements
BSc / BTech in Quantity Surveying or related field.
PrQS registration with SACQSP (essential).
Minimum [5+] years' post-registration experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of standard forms of contract (FIDIC, NEC, JBCC, etc.).
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and reporting skills.
Proficiency in QS software (e.g., WinQS, CostX, or similar).
