PRODUCITON ORDER MAINTENANCE - Coordinate Planning / Sequencing on mixing production in SAP xe2x96xaa Monitoring interfaces xe2x96xaa Error handling SAP and interfaces (first level support) xe2x96xaa Ticket handling (HP Service Manger) for second level support xe2x96xaa Relevant documentation, example SOP's.

INVENTORY & WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT - Batch Management handling i.e., Shelf life, expire dates xe2x96xaa Error handling e.g., Stock correction, handheld functionality xe2x96xaa Monitoring interfacesxe2x96xaa Execution of inventory xe2x96xaa Ticket Handling (HP Service Manager) for second level support xe2x96xaa Create the Barcode numbering system for all identified stores and buffer areas allocated in the factory.

REWORK PROCESSES - Control the flow of rework stock xe2x96xaa Audit and Distribute the Rework floor level in all areas where rework is generated to relevant managers xe2x96xaa Analyse Rework data to identify trends of concern to be discussed with relevant people for actions xe2x96xaa Provide the daily Rework consumption list to production to be moved into Rework staging area xe2x96xaa Flag overaged rework and inform LAB to act.

REPORTING - Daily distribute the Rework stock levels for all areas (Consumption vs Generation) xe2x96xaa Prepare and run the Weekly Rework feedback and action list updating xe2x96xaa Feedback in CBT2 meeting.

DOCUMENTATION - Creation of SOPs in her/his work area when required xe2x96xaa Implement the Barcodes as created on all the storage racks and buffer areas xe2x96xaa Prepare relevant documentation for training purposes.

TRAINING - Assist in training relevant people on systems.

ESH - Ensure implementation of measures and maintain controls xe2x96xaa Raise awareness and provide information about ESH responsibilities and duties xe2x96xaa Ensure immediate notification and response and initiate preventive measures in case of unsafe or polluting hazards xe2x96xaa Demonstrate exemplary personal behaviour in ESH and motivate others.

Qualifications

Relevant tertiary qualifications (Quality / Engineering)

Minimum of 2 years experience in a mixing environment

CBS and Mixing Processes Knowledge
