EXTERNAL MARKETING

• Brand Guidance and Support xe2x80x93 Itxe2x80x99s crucial that each of our brands enjoy a clear, distinct positioning from each other and that this is supported by brand-specific cultures and initiatives. Together with each of the Brand Leaders, you will ensure that this is the case and that we are clear on the touchpoints and messages that are utilised by Groupe versus the brands.
• Websites and Social Media xe2x80x93take full responsibility for the PGA communication channels and the content that features here. Together with the Brand Leaders, take responsibility for the high-level architecture, SEO and content strategy of all the other brand channels.
• Events and Engagements xe2x80x93 Arrangement and smooth execution of PGA events, including the annual FRESH conference.
• RSM - Promotion of Responsible Social Marketing as per MAC Charter and meeting of NPAT % target

INTERNAL MARKETING

• Employee Experience xe2x80x93Together with Groupe Talent you will map this journey and will decide on the key touchpoints and communication opportunities. This role will include the planning and management of regular Groupe communication in written, video-based and event formats; intranet/ SharePoint communication; public recognition initiatives; educational/ motivational events etc.
• Recruiting xe2x80x93 Our task is to hire the best talent in the industry and together with Groupe Talent we will identify the best sources of talent and how to position Publicis as the employee of choice. This will include organising the resources of the Groupe around college events and presentations; video content; social media and industry sites etc.
• Communication with the rest of the Groupe xe2x80x93assist the CEO & CPO to communicate with Publicis Groupe globally with regard to Public Relations, internal communication, knowledge sharing, best practice etc.
• Marcel xe2x80x93 together with Groupe Talent, the management of the PGA environment within Marcel. In addition, working with the agencies to ensure that PGA are present on the platform and are posting content (thought leadership, latest work etc).

OPERATIONAL PROJECT

• From time to time the business will look at an xe2x80x98overallxe2x80x99 of certain structured & operations within the business.
• These projects will belong to one of the Exco members.
• You will be required to work with the project owner to assist in the management of the successful implementation of the project.

Qualifications

Required for Competence

• 10+ years Industry Experience in agency
• 5+ years Marketing experience

THEORETICAL KNOWLEDGE

• Strong understanding of Operational Agency Processes
• Relevant marketing qualification
