Our client, a beautiful, upscale, fast paced and busy restaurant in the Constantia area, are looking for an experienced PR and Sales Manager
The restaurant is a premier dining destination in Cape Towns Southern Suburbs. Surrounded by vineyards and heritage architecture, offering a warm, elegant atmosphere with seating for up to 200 guests indoors and additional space on scenic outdoor terraces and picnic lawns.
Open 7 days a week, serving Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner as well as High Tea and Gourmet Picnics
Description
Reporting to: Restaurant GM
Start Date: ASAP
Days & Hours of Work: Flexi-time with night, weekend and PH work requirements
Minimum Requirements
DRIVERS LICENCE AND OWN VEHICLE ESSENTIAL.
Requirements:
- Matric
- Relevant Tertiary Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years in Sales, Marketing and/or PR in an Upmarket hospitality or service environment
- Operational experience is advantageous but not required.
- Design, photography, art, etc is advantageous but not required.
- Detail Orientated
- Customer focus
- Proactive, Logical thinker
- Strong Understanding of market trends and location.
- Strong communicator, well presented.
