Contract Length/Duration: 6 months (with a potential to extend)
Our client, a leading global IT solutions and services organization is seeking a PowerPoint Specialist to join their team.

• Convert business cases into PowerPoint slides to understand, plan and analyze complex data points.
• Technology workflow animation in PowerPoint to understand how technology will work.
• Attend customer review and leadership meetings frequently, collect feedback, and prepare PowerPoint presentations for stakeholder review.
• Create PowerPoint templates to maintain consistency across the teams.
• Design a dashboard that helps to visualize it in PowerBI.
• Convert numerical data into attractive infographics.
• Create posters and animated gifs to promote employee engagement activities on Yammer.
• Design plans, org charts, budget projections, employee engagement activity calendar, process flows and team structure.
• Put together some videos to promote the organization's CSR activities.
• Engage with the brand review team to maintain portal imagery.
• Connect with the Marketing team to update UI and banners on social media platforms.
• Review meetings with the Global Design team to implement effective user experience design.

Qualifications

• Ability to do graphs and infographics and must have worked on corporate presentations before.
• Bachelor's Degree with major coursework in Graphic Arts, Visual Communications, Communications and Media, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 3-5 years of Graphic Design with marketing and/or infographics experience with strong conceptual skills.
• Advanced skills required in PowerPoint, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Intermediate skills required in Word and Excel.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
