Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Assist clients with daily sales on phone or email.
• Answer phone calls, schedule meetings and provide sales or technical advice.
• Visit clients and potential clients to evaluate their needs or promote products and services.
• Maintain client records and sales analyses.
• Generate leads and source potential clients.
• Meet respective sales targets and goals.
• Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs.
• Complete numerous product training courses to stay up to date with new and updated product lines.
• Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
• Maintain the supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing orders and requesting supplies from procurement department.
• Make and arrange technical presentations/demos to show how the product meets clientxe2x80x99s needs.
• Develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements.
