As a Post-Investment Value Creation ("PIVC") Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in helping our Social Entrepreneurship ("SE") portfolio companies thrive post-investment. You will work closely with the PIVC SE team to identify growth opportunities, implement strategic initiatives, and monitor progress against financial and impact goals. Objectives of Role
Value Creation & Post-Investment Support
Collaborate with the Value Creation Manager to design and implement tailored post-investment value-creation plans.
Identify and support implementation of value creation initiatives (e.g. market expansion, cost optimization, ESG projects).
Track performance against milestones and proactively flag support needs.
Data Management & Reporting
Analyse portfolio company performance across financial, operational, and impact metrics.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate records on the relevant platforms.
Collect, verify, and analyse quarterly reports from portfolio enterprises.
Monitor and evaluate impact reported by portfolio companies.
Support preparation of internal reports and Investment Committee updates.
Strategic Initiatives & Special Projects
Participate in cross-functional projects that deepen the organisation's catalytic impact.
Contribute research and project management capacity to new strategic initiatives.
Stakeholder & Ecosystem Engagement
Support the planning and execution of ecosystem events, roundtables, and capacity-building activities.
Engage external partners, service providers, and entrepreneurs in a professional and value-adding manner.
Follow-on Funding
Conduct financial and social impact analysis to support investment decisions.
Support the preparation of investment memos, including data consolidation, insight development, and presentation materials.

Experience and Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Business, Development Finance or related field.
2-4 years of experience in investment analysis, management consulting, corporate strategy, enterprise development or SME support (impact investing or social innovation experience is a plus).
Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
Familiarity with ESG and impact measurement frameworks.
