Assists in training junior staff and identifies and participates in own learning opportunities
A PhD in Food Science/Technology
A proven research background in agriculture and Food Science related disciplines,
Ability to work with students,
Good communication skills (written and verbal),
Registration with relevant scientific registration body, will be an added advantage.
Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office suite
A valid South African Code B (08) driver's license
