The purpose of the job is to handle workflow in the Client Service Centre and to ensure that the highest level of client service is delivered.
Responsibilities:
xe2x96xaa Answer incoming calls and return customer calls within service level agreed times
xe2x96xaa Maintain call volumes in line with the companyxe2x80x99s daily average
xe2x96xaa Competently manage irate clients
xe2x96xaa Liaising with relevant stakeholders to address queries/complaints
xe2x96xaa Update and verify client information on database
xe2x96xaa Translate written correspondence to English
xe2x96xaa Assist with Outbound Campaigns
