Job Description


Responsibilities:
xc3xa2xc2x96xc2xaa Answer incoming calls and return customer calls within service level agreed times
xc3xa2xc2x96xc2xaa Maintain call volumes in line with the companys daily average
xc3xa2xc2x96xc2xaa Competently manage irate clients
xc3xa2xc2x96xc2xaa Liaising with relevant stakeholders to address queries/complaints
xc3xa2xc2x96xc2xaa Update and verify client information on database
xc3xa2xc2x96xc2xaa Translate written correspondence to English
xc3xa2xc2x96xc2xaa Assist with Outbound Campaigns
Requirements:

  • Multilingual: Must be able to speak, read and write fluently English & Portuguese
  • Client focused
  • Numerically intelligent
  • Computer literate
  • Grade 12 (Compulsory)
  • 1 year unbroken, recent Contact Centre Experience
  • Financial Services industry knowledge and background
  • Knowledge of Trust and Beneficiary fund environment
  • Knowledge of Employee Benefits environment
