Qualifications:

Experience, Skills, Knowledge

Exceptional computer literacy in Word, Excel, Email and Presentations
Highly developed organisational and interpersonal skills as well as good professional communication skills
Ability to multi task
Mature individual with strong independent initiative
Understanding/knowledge of the Sectional Title Scheme Management Act
Experience and knowledge of HOA and sectional Title Buildings
