Key Duties and Responsibilities

Comprehensive Research and Analysis:

• Conduct thorough research and analysis of existing and potential investment opportunities.
• Utilize market insights to enhance portfolio management and risk assessment processes.

Risk Mitigation and Regulatory Compliance:

• Implement stringent risk management practices consistently across the portfolio.
• Ensure adherence to compliance standards, navigating industry regulations and internal policies.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Cultivate relationships with pivotal stakeholders, including fund managers and internal teams, fostering collaborative decision-making.
• Deliver articulate reports and investment recommendations to internal committees.

Innovative Strategies and Continuous Enhancement:

• Drive innovation in portfolio management methodologies, staying attuned to industry trends and evolving market dynamics.
• Actively contribute to the development of pioneering investment products and strategies.

Qualifications and Experience

• BCom Honours in Economics or Investment Management.
• Proven track record as a Hedge Fund Portfolio Manager.
• Outstanding academic credentials and additional qualifications such as CFA, CAIA, or FMVA.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience with a consistent work history.
