Job Description
Business Portfolio Lead
Salary:
- Salary band D3/D4 (Depending on calibre of candidate and experience)
- Salary based on a structured commission approach (80% guaranteed + Commission)
Requirements & Experience:
- Senior level candidates
- Demonstrated leadership and professional maturity
- Education: Minimum degree/honours in Business, Sales, or a related field/ preferred MBA
- 5-7 years of proven business development, B2B sales, and relationship management experience
- A strong track record in L&D sector sales, preferably within banking or financial services
- Firsthand experience owning sales targets (not just lead generation)
- Confidence in selling to C-suite decision-makers
- A deep understanding of complex B2B sales cycles and client acquisition strategies
