Job Summary Requirements & Experience:

Senior level candidates
Demonstrated leadership and professional maturity
Education: Minimum degree/honours in Business, Sales, or a related field/ preferred MBA
5-7 years of proven business development, B2B sales, and relationship management experience
A strong track record in L&D sector sales, preferably within banking or financial services
Firsthand experience owning sales targets (not just lead generation)
Confidence in selling to C-suite decision-makers
A deep understanding of complex B2B sales cycles and client acquisition strategies
