Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full function across commercial/residential properties
- Deliver accurate monthly reports and variance analyses
- Partner with asset managers to optimize portfolio performance
- Manage lease escalations, recoveries, and compliance
- Drive audit readiness and maintain reporting excellenceSkills & Requirements:
- Degree in /Finance
- SAIPA/SAICA Articles completed (advantageous)
- 3xe2x80x935 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in the property industry
- Strong systems knowledge xe2x80x93 MDA, MRI, or similar
