REQUIREMENTS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPECTATIONS
1-2 years' experience in a hotel environment Driver's License Strong organization skills and ability to multitask Ability to stay calm under pressure A willingness and passion to serve Presentable and well groomed Very strong verbal communication, reading and writing skills in English are essential Ability to work long hours, day and night shifts, including weekends and holidays Excellent knowledge V&A Waterfront, Cape Town and surrounding areas
