Minimum Requirements
Excellent communication skills
Fluent in English - written and verbal
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to remain calm under pressure and prioritize tasks

Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Duties and Responsibilities
Uphold all company policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Deliver prompt and professional assistance to guest requests and concerns
Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of front office areas
Assist with luggage handling during guest arrivals and departures
Support the rooming of guests when necessary
Liaise with Duty Managers to arrange taxis and other guest transport needs
Secure and tag guest luggage, ensuring proper storage and tracking
Personalize guest service by learning and using guest names
Promote hotel services and facilities through accurate product knowledge
Handle guest queries or escalate them to reception as required
Stay informed about VIPs, groups, and special events daily
Follow end-of-shift procedures in line with company standards
