Job Description
Identify new innovative ideas for unique breakthrough products and deploy across the Eurasia region - new ideas need to be driven by thorough knowledge of consumer and customer needs and behaviour
Manage, monitor and ensure that all intellectual property is protected via patents and trademarks
Identify opportunities for improvement in procedures and processes, including collaborating with Operations & Supply Chain teams to identify opportunities for overall portfolio and business improvement
Drive project management excellence in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams to support and drive growth and value creation for customers and consumers
Ensure collaboration between Solenis global innovation teams, Pools global innovation teams and the Eurasia Commercial and Innovation teams
