Determine an accurate demand plan for the next 24 months. Update it monthly. Gather relevant information from sales and product management to complete the demand plan. Gathering information on business plans, translating effectively to SKU-detailed demand plan. Focus on funnel opportunities and customer risk. Use the realistic sales plan to drive GAP filling activities with the sales team. Facilitate & drive the demand planning review in the area of influence , gather detailed information on product migrations, promotions and projected anticipated customer wins & losses. Analyze Forecast accuracy and propose and drive improvement initiatives. Maintain the advanced planning tool (Logility) supporting the operational and tactical demand and supply planning. Maintain the statistical forecasting tools, acting as key user and ensuring the parameters within the system are correctly set up. Detailed Focus on next 3 month horizon, coordinating short term activities to secure service level Operationally support the local business in implementation of migrations, innovations and customer rollouts, linking with Supply planning organization internationally and Customer service department locally.. Work with Finance to align financial forecast with demand plan of the business unit Work with supply planning to optimize inventory levels, by reducing slow movings and Work with S&OP lead to implement standards Solenis S&OP process Participate in UAT during landing slots and when changes are applied to the planning tool. * Communicate and collaborate skills with other functions (Sales, product management, Supply Planning, Finance) to maximize service level, follow AOP and optimize inventory
