ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a responsible and friendly

Pool Supervisor

to help keep our estate pool safe, clean, and enjoyable for all residents and guests. You will be in charge of supervising the pool area, making sure everyone follows the rules, and responding to any safety concerns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor the pool area and ensure all safety rules are followed. Control access to the pool and manage crowd limits. Assist with minor injuries using the first aid kit. Report any incidents or unsafe behaviour to management. Setup and maintain a clean and tidy the pool area. Ensure children under 14 are signed in and supervised. Help enforce estate rules (no parties, no pets, no glass, etc.). Ensure respectful behaviour and quiet atmosphere. Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints. Maintain records of incidents, attendance, and maintenance.

REQUIREMENTS

Must be 18 years or older. Friendly and professional attitude. Able to stay calm and act quickly in emergencies. Good communication skills (Fluent in English)*
Able to work weekends, public holidays, and school holidays. Advantageous: First Aid Training is a big plus! (You'll be helping with minor injuries and knowing what to do in emergencies.)*

IMPORTANT NOTES

This is a supervisory role - there are no lifeguards on duty, so guests swim at their own risk. Supervisors have the right to refuse entry if the pool is full or if rules are not followed. You'll be working in a family-friendly environment.
