The Pool Attendant is responsible for ensuring the pool and surrounding leisure areas are maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness, safety, and comfort, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests.
Minimum Requirements
Matric or equivalent. Experience in pool maintenance or guest service preferred. Friendly, observant, and service-driven.
Duties and Responsibilities
Clean and maintain pool, deck, loungers, and umbrellas daily. Monitor water clarity, temperature, and chemical levels (where applicable). Provide pool towels and attend to guest requests promptly. Enforce pool rules and ensure guest safety. Report any maintenance or safety issues immediately. * Support the team with poolside setup and service coordination.
