Key Responsibilities:
Research, draft, and review policies, legislation, and legal documents.
Advise on compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Work with stakeholders to align policies with organisational and digital transformation goals.
Provide legal input into project governance and contractual arrangements.
Review and draft legal agreements with service providers and partners.
Minimum Qualification:
NQF Level 8 legal qualification (e.g., LLB or equivalent).
Experience & Competencies:
8+ years' experience in legal drafting and policy development.
Strong legislative and regulatory interpretation skills.
Experience working in government or public administration legal frameworks.
