Point of Sale Menu Administrator (Centurion Onsite) IT - Support ~ Media/Marketing/Sales
Pretoria/Centurion - Gauteng - South Africa
ENVIRONMENT:
A disciplined and detail-oriented Point of Sale Menu Administrator is wanted by a Centurion-based organization in the Fast-Food Space to manage menu loading and deployment across its stores. This role blends administrative precision, operational efficiency, and strong IT skills to ensure seamless menu updates and POS functionality. The ideal candidate will quickly learn the menu, recipes, and menu structures to accurately translate them into the POS system. You will also require a Degree/Diploma in Business Administration/IT or related field with 2+ years experience in Admin, Operations, or IT-related roles including the ability to translate complex menu data into user-friendly POS configurations.
DUTIES:

• Load and update menus, recipes, and pricing on the POS system.
• Deploy menu changes across all stores efficiently.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in menu data and POS functionality.
• Collaborate with operations teams to align menu structures with store requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic POS system issues related to menu configurations.
• Maintain detailed records of menu updates and deployment schedules.
• Support training store staff on new menu items or POS updates as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:
Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, IT, or related field (preferred).

Experience/Skills

• 2+ Years of experience in Admin, Operations, or IT-related roles.
• Proven administrative experience with exceptional organizational skills.
• Strong IT proficiency, particularly with POS systems or similar software.
• Quick learner with the ability to understand menu, recipes, and structures.
• Ability to translate complex menu data into user-friendly POS configurations.

Advantageous -

• Familiarity with POS systems.
• Experience in Food & Beverage or Retail operations.
