Work Environment

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Plumber to install, maintain, and repair large-scale plumbing systems in commercial and industrial facilities. The ideal candidate is skilled in working with complex systems, reading blueprints, and ensuring all work meets applicable codes, safety standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems (water supply, drainage, gas, and waste systems) Work on large-scale systems including boilers, pumps, valves, and backflow prevention devices Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Perform inspections and diagnose plumbing issues efficiently Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal plumbing codes Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other trades on job sites Conduct routine maintenance and emergency repairs Operate power tools and commercial-grade plumbing equipment Maintain accurate service records and job documentation Follow all safety procedures and job-site regulations
Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience as a Commercial Plumber Valid plumbing license or certification (per local requirements) Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and materials Ability to troubleshoot complex plumbing issues Experience working on active construction sites Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces Valid driver's license
Education & Experience

3+ years of commercial plumbing experience preferred
Work Environment

Commercial buildings, industrial facilities, and construction sites May require overtime, weekends, or on-call availability Exposure to varying weather conditions, tools, and machinery

Pay: R6500,00 - R9000,00 per month
