SuperPlumb is looking for a plumber who takes pride in their work, values teamwork, and understands what it means to be accountable on a large construction site.

About the role:
Plumbing work on large construction projects
Working as part of a structured team under foremen and management
Running sections of work independently once familiar with site requirements
Maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards
Leading by example on site -- punctuality, professionalism, and respect matter
About you (this matters more than certificates):
You have a strong work ethic and show up consistently
You take responsibility for your work and your team
You work well with others and understand that construction is a team environment
You can take instruction, but you can also think ahead and plan your work
You care about doing the job properly, even when no one is watching
You are reliable, honest, and professional on site
Skills & experience:
. Valid drivers licence
. Clean criminal record
Minimum 7 years' construction plumbing experience (non-negotiable)
Ability to read and interpret building drawings - a must
Proven leadership and site-running experience - essential
Strong administrative skills, including:
o Daily planning and task allocation
o Basic reporting, paperwork, and site documentation
o Communicating progress and issues to management
Solid understanding of construction site procedures, quality control, and safety requirements
While skills and experience are important, attitude, reliability, and accountability remain critical
