We are seeking a skilled and reliable plumber to install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fittings, fixtures, and appliances.
Inspect and diagnose plumbing issues, identifying leaks, blockages, and faulty equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and building plans to determine pipe layouts and installations.
Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
Perform routine maintenance checks on plumbing systems.
Collaborate with other construction or maintenance personnel as needed.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on jobs.
Respond promptly to emergency plumbing calls.
Advise clients on proper care and maintenance of plumbing systems.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a plumber or in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and materials.
Ability to read technical documents, blueprints, and manuals.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Physical stamina and dexterity to handle plumbing tasks.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Relevant plumbing certification or license (if required by local laws).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with modern plumbing technologies, such as water-saving fixtures and smart systems.
Ability to mentor junior plumbers or apprentices.
Work Environment:
Work may be performed in residential, commercial, or industrial sites.
Exposure to various weather conditions, confined spaces, and physical labor.
