RESPONSIBILITIES:
DEBTORS
Process monthly rental invoices
Process monthly recurring invoices
Calculate labour charges construction & G/Services
Calculate Aircraft Usage
Process CSV file for Printing invoices
Process all other Ad hoc invoicing
Send out monthly statements
Follow up on outstanding accounts
Provide copies of invoices, attend to all Debtors queries
CREDITORS
Perform creditors recons
Reconcile Sundry Creditors Weekly
Follow up on Tax invoices for deposits paid
Check Creditors analysis weekly to ensure all documents are processed
ASSETS
Update asset register with additions
Forward asset confirmation forms to custodians
JOURNALS
Process monthly Journals
Process Shaw & Wall Journals for PMB Arch
Process Cenprop Journal for Old Mill property
VAT
Perform VAT reconciliation monthly
REQUIREMENTS:
Qualifications:
Certificate in Bookkeeping (Essential)
Diploma in Bookkeeping
Grade 12 (Matric) National Senior Certificate (Essential)
