Plc / Mechatronics Technician

Job Description
Our client, a multidiscipline solutions provider to the built environment in HVAC, energy, electronic services and building management systems is looking for a qualified and experienced individual to join their team.
Requirements:
- Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics Diploma is required
- Min 2yrs experience in the field of Controls, PLC and instrumentation is essential
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to read and interpret piping and instrument diagrams (PID)
- Understanding of PLC programming and digital control systems
- Experience with HVAC and building management systems would be advantageous
- Knowledge of electrical control circuits and maintenance management systems
- Responsible for the installation, programming, maintenance and repair of all controls and instrumentation for HVAC systems and building management systems for industrial and commercial clients
- Program, repair, and calibrate all process instrumentation and controls
- Commissioning of controls, instrumentation and building management systems
- Attend to call outs and breakdowns
- Fault finding on Sensors, controls, and HVAC equipment
