We're looking for a capable and proactive Platform Administrator to support our internal project team. This is a unique opportunity to leave your mark on a large-scale rearchitecting of critical systems across the business -- from platform migrations and process automation to day-to-day administrative tasks across core systems like Autotask, IT Glue, and Datto RMM. Key Responsibilities:
Support internal systems projects, including platform migrations, process improvements, and system integrations
Contribute ideas and suggestions to help drive change within the business
Perform administrative tasks across core systems including Autotask, IT Glue, and Datto RMM
Maintain and configure our internal and external portals adding and configuring customers and partners
Create and manage email templates, import/export data, and maintain documentation standards
Assist with user access management, role configuration, and general platform hygiene
Help identify and implement efficiencies in internal workflows and system usage
Provide occasional first-line support or troubleshooting for internal system issues
Collaborate with the Solutions Architect and wider team to roll out new tools and updates
Maintain accurate system documentation and configuration records
Skills & Experience:
Previous experience with business systems administration, preferably within IT or telecoms
Good understanding of IT operations, including asset management, service desk processes, and remote monitoring
Strong attention to detail and process-minded thinking
Comfortable handling data, working with spreadsheets, and performing structured imports/exports
Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem solving
Self-motivated and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with platforms like Autotask, IT Glue, Datto RMM, or similar tools
Scripting or automation experience (e.g. PowerShell, JavaScript, NodeJS)
Experience in project support or coordination roles
Experience using JIRA or similar tools
Exposure to service management practices
