Job Description
We are looking for a skilled
Plastic Technician
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with plastic manufacturing processes, machine setup, troubleshooting, and quality assurance. You will play a key role in ensuring efficient production, minimizing downtime, and maintaining product quality.Key Responsibilities
Operate, monitor, and maintain plastic processing machinery (e.g., injection molding, extrusion, blow molding). Perform machine setup, tool changes, and adjustments as required. Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime. Inspect products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment and report any malfunctions. Document production data, machine settings, and process improvements. Work with the production team to meet daily and monthly targets. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Plastic Technician or similar role in plastic manufacturing. Knowledge of plastic materials, processing techniques, and molding equipment. Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products. Willingness to work shifts, overtime, or weekends if required. Relevant technical diploma or certification in plastics, mechanical engineering, or manufacturing.
