Job Description
Overview
The purpose of the job is to operate a low-pressure moulding machine in order to encapsulate the AXXIS eboards and modules. Operate electronic testing equipment in order to test the AXXIS eboards and modules post mould process. Keep log of AXXIS eboards and modules moulded and tested in order to present reports on production output.
Qualifications
N3 Electronic Engineering
Experience
2 years soldering demonstrated experience 2 years demonstrated experience in operating production equipment; low pressure mold. 1 year demonstrated experience in basic electronic testing equipment.
Duties
Testing of AXXIS eboards
Operate electronic testing equipment to test the AXXIS eboards and modules post mould process. Keep log of AXXIS eboards and modules moulded and tested
Product Quality
Perform functional testing on electronic detonators. Ensuring that all production equipment is in good working order before every shift start.
Accurate Reporting on time
Responsible for reporting of production problems with the low-pressure moulding machine. Responsible for production reports after every shift.
Equipment Maintenance
Ensure maintenance on production equipment Functional testing work on electronic detonators
