Job Summary - B Sc Chemistry; B Sc Engineering (Elec., Mech., Chem.) - GCC for Factories advantageous - 10 years' experience in a rotation of technical positions giving exposure and / or responsibility to different functions related to cement manufacture or other related experience - Experience in managing and leading staff - Experience in Budgeting, Cost and Management accounting principles - Knowledge of cement manufacturing process - Knowledge of engineering principles and practices - Knowledge of quality control and quality assurance principles - Knowledge of business principles and practices - Knowledge of managing and leading staff responsible for diverse disciplines - Knowledge of SHE principles and practice - Knowledge of labour legislation and labour practices.
