Our client is an International Mining House where an opportunity exists for a dedicated, hardworking, and enthusiastic and results driven individual to join one of their mines based in the Northern Cape. They are looking for an experienced Plant Manager.
Plant Manager - Northern Cape - Mining
What You Will Do
- Ensure Production according to Business Plan and Mine Health and Safety Act 29 of 1996 and Regulations.
- Strategic management of the Plant to promote continuous improvement.
- Human Resources Development to improve individual
- Asset and Maintenance Management with a view to continually improve the reliability thereof.
- Management of the Contractor Business Partners.
- BSc. or BTech Degree in Metallurgy / Chemical Engineering.
- 10 years' experience in a production environment of which 3-5 years should have been on senior management level.
- In addition, MBA or equivalent qualification will be an added
