#SHIFTINTOHIGHCAREER by joining an Automotive Component Manufacturer that seeks the expertise of a Plant Engineering Manager
Minimum Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Plant Manager or Engineering Manager, specifically within the Manufacturing or Industrial Industry
- NQF Level 6 Minimum in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering required
- Must have a Government Certificate of Competency (GCC) Factories ticket (Non-Negotiable)
- Red Seal Trade Test Qualification as a Millwright | Electrician | Mechatronics Technician
- Technical knowledge of Plant maintenance operations, troubleshooting and repair techniques required
- Knowledge of OSHA rules, electrical codes, and compliance regulations required
- Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), Smart Relays, and Welding Techniques.
- Proficiency in using CMMS, Microsoft Office Suite, and relevant Engineering Software
- The successful candidate will ensure compliance with policies and procedures, optimize plant maintenance strategies, and drive operational excellence
- This role reports directly to the Plant Manager
- Valid Driver's License and own Transport required
- Contactable references and payslips required
- Monthly CTC of up to R 120 000, based on experience
