Job Description
Job Summary MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: o Degree or National Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering o Valid Government Certificate of Competency for Mines and Works o More than 8 years relevant practical experience in Process Plant Operations and mobile machinery with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role OTHER SKILLS / COMPETENCIES: o Strong risk management capabilities, including the ability to analyse and interpret complex information effectively. o Competent/experienced in planning, coordinating, and prioritizing tasks to facilitate informed decision-making in dynamic and fast-paced environments. o Experienced in conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify underlying issues and support effective problem resolution. o Knowledgeable in Continuous Business Improvement methodologies, to drive operational efficiency.
