Interfacing with various internal stakeholders namely; Finance, HR, MPE, QA, IE, Logistics, Pilot Hall, and Production Divisions in order to manage feasibility studies and projects.
Supporting the Strategic Plant Development personnel on projects relating to improvement opportunities, technical processes and content from Production and other departments i.e. Quality, Logistics warehousing concepts, plant layouts etc. for the purpose of effectively supporting and driving strategic optimization measures.
Compiling business case for various strategic plant development related projects.
Preparing project dashboards and presenting to forums across all management levels for purposes of tracking plant development.
Preparing Production and Logistics content (overview) for high-level visitors to the Group and various conferences and audits as requirements arise.
Preparing agendas, minutes and relevant administrative functions.
Driving ad hoc projects as required by management.
Monitoring legislation changes, defining project scope, implementing, tracking, monitoring, draft and maintain process standards
Supporting Environmental Technical specialists on waste projects Implement Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) project and processes in line with legislation
Education and Experience
Formal tertiary qualification in one or more fields including engineering, commerce, logistics, project management.
A minimum 2 years experience in project management or similar position/s relevant to Production and Logistics
Experience with cross-divisional and senior management interaction
Previous working experience in a similar position
Skills, Attributes & Other requirements ESSENTIAL:
Knowledge of plant layout and vehicle build processes.
Working knowledge of EPR and compliance
Strong planning, organizing, problem-solving and analytical skills
