Key Responsibilities

• Manage costing, CAPEX, and management accounting functions for the plant
• Analyse manufacturing performance and guide operational decision-making
• Partner with plant leadership to support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Drive cost efficiency and profitability through detailed financial insights
• Prepare accurate management packs and performance reports for global submission
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and group financial policies

Job Experience and Skills Required

• BCom Degree or Finance Diploma - essential
• 3-5 years' experience in a manufacturing, FMCG, mining, or construction environment
• Proven exposure to plant finance or operations-level reporting
• Strong skills in costing, CAPEX control, and management accounting
• Experience working with international entities or group reporting structures advantageous
• Confident communicator who thrives in fast-paced, hands-on environments
